Our Return Policy
We want you to love every FashionSurroundings purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied:
- 30-Day Window: Return eligible items within 30 days of delivery
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached
- Original Packaging: Please use the original packaging when possible
How to Return an Item
- Start Your Return: Log in to your account at FashionSurroundings.com
- Select Items: Choose which products you’re returning
- Print Label: Generate your prepaid return shipping label
- Package: Securely pack items with the original packing slip
- Ship: Drop off at any UPS location
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Return the original item following standard procedure
- Place a new order for the desired item
- Refund will process separately
Refund Details
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Original payment form (exception: gift cards issued for gift returns)
- Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
✗ Final sale items (marked at purchase)
✗ Worn or laundered clothing
✗ Used beauty products
✗ Personalized items
International Returns
- Customers outside the U.S.:
- Responsible for return shipping costs
- Duties/taxes non-refundable
- Must include customs documentation
Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item:
- Contact us within 7 days via your account
- Provide photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange replacement or refund
Special Circumstances
- Lost Packages: Contact us after 14 days from expected delivery
- Wrong Items: Notify us immediately upon receipt
